The Seamless Assist story

Built by a franchise owner who needed better support.

Seamless Assist grew from Sheetal Guttigoli’s experience owning five boutique fitness studios—and nearly three decades spent building software and digital products.

Technology experience. Franchise reality.

Seamless Assist began with a problem Sheetal knew firsthand: every new location added more hiring, scheduling, follow-up, and admin work, but not more hours in the day.

For eight years, he owned five boutique fitness studios—three Club Pilates locations and two Row House studios. On any given week, he might be hiring, covering a staffing gap, reviewing payroll, following up with leads, or trying to understand why a task had fallen through.

Before becoming a franchise owner, Sheetal spent nearly three decades building software and digital products at companies including Microsoft, HTC, VoiceBox Technologies, Starbucks, and T-Mobile. He worked across product management, software development, mobile products, voice AI, cloud services, and workforce tools.

That mix of franchise operations and technology shaped Seamless Assist. We help growing businesses hire capable people, give them clear systems, and automate repetitive work that should not depend on someone remembering to follow up.

It started with running businesses. Today, we help other owners run theirs with fewer dropped balls and less work living in their heads.
Why Seamless is different

We understand the people side and the systems side of growth.

The operator’s view

Staffing has to work in the real world.

A strong résumé is only a starting point. The right person needs clear expectations, useful processes, steady communication, and accountability.

The technologist’s view

Good systems give good people room to do their best work.

We look for the handoffs, repeat tasks, and missed follow-ups that slow a team down, then improve the process with practical automation.

What clients can expect

The values behind the work.

Clarity over chaos

You should know what is happening, what comes next, and who owns it.

People before process

Systems matter, but they have to fit the people and business using them.

Proactive by default

Good support catches problems early and keeps work moving without constant reminders.

Consistency builds trust

Reliable follow-through matters more than a burst of activity followed by silence.

Tell us what is slowing your team down.

We will help you decide whether the next step is a hire, a remote team member, a better process, or automation.
