Web Developer

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Web Developer to support our design and technical execution across multiple platforms.

This role involves building and maintaining websites using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix. Ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, clean code practices, and experience working independently in a remote setup.

Most roles require availability during U.S. working hours, with some flexibility depending on the client.

All roles are five days a week, but days off may vary. While some roles follow a Monday to Friday schedule, others may include shifts on weekends. Weekend rest days are not guaranteed unless specified by the client.

  • Proven experience in web development with a strong portfolio of completed projects
  • Proficiency in platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript; knowledge of Liquid, PHP, or custom code is a plus
  • Familiarity with website optimization, responsive design, and basic SEO principles
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Trello (or other task management platforms)
  • Ability to manage time independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work setup
  • Open to feedback, adaptable to client styles, and proactive in troubleshooting and solving issues
  • Key Responsibilities​​
Scope of work may vary depending on client needs. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Build and maintain websites using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, or Wix
  • Customize themes and templates to meet brand and functional requirements
  • Set up pages, navigation, and integrations (e.g., forms, payment systems, CRMs)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end or plugin-related issues
  • Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness, speed, and SEO performance
  • Coordinate with designers, marketers, and content teams to implement updates
  • Conduct regular site audits, backups, and technical maintenance
  • Stay updated on platform changes and recommend improvements when needed
