Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to support content creation across marketing, social media, and branded storytelling.

This role involves editing short-form and long-form videos for various platforms, syncing audio, applying subtitles, adding motion graphics, and maintaining visual consistency. Ideal for someone who can work independently, follow creative direction, and deliver high-quality edits on time in a remote setup.

Most roles require availability during U.S. working hours, with some flexibility depending on the client.

All roles are five days a week, but days off may vary. While some roles follow a Monday to Friday schedule, others may include shifts on weekends. Weekend rest days are not guaranteed unless specified by the client.

  • Requirements​​
  • At least 1 year of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio or reel
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
  • Ability to edit short-form (30–90 seconds) and long-form content for platforms like
  • Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with basic motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound syncing
  • Strong sense of pacing, timing, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to work with limited assets and still produce polished content
  • Reliable internet connection (25 Mbps or higher) and a computer capable of rendering edits efficiently
  • Comfortable working with feedback, tight deadlines, and remote collaboration tools (e.g. Google Drive, Slack, Notion)

Scope of work may vary depending on client needs. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Edit raw footage into polished videos for use on social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
  • Create short-form video content (30–90 seconds) optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Add captions, transitions, sound effects, background music, and motion graphics as needed
  • Ensure brand consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all video outputs
  • Follow creative briefs and apply feedback from clients or project leads
  • Optimize videos for different platforms, aspect ratios, and file requirements
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing leads on content planning and execution
  • Organize video files and maintain clean, structured archives for easy reuse
