Sales Manager

We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead outreach efforts, manage pipelines, and help drive business growth through clear strategy and consistent execution.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands digital or service-based sales, and is confident in closing deals while building strong client relationships. You’ll work closely with the marketing and operations team to align campaigns, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into clients.

Most roles require availability during U.S. working hours, with some flexibility depending on the client.

All roles are five days a week, but days off may vary. While some roles follow a Monday to Friday schedule, others may include shifts on weekends. Weekend rest days are not guaranteed unless specified by the client.

  • Requirements​​
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or client acquisition, preferably in digital services or B2B industries
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track progress
  • Comfortable with outbound lead generation and following up on warm and cold leads
  • Ability to understand client needs and communicate value propositions clearly
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Willingness to work U.S. hours, five days a week
  • Key Responsibilities​​
Scope of work may vary depending on client needs. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Own the end-to-end sales process—from initial outreach and discovery to closing deals and onboarding new clients
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and qualify opportunities
  • Present proposals, tailor solutions, and negotiate terms aligned with client goals
  • Follow up on inbound leads and actively pursue outbound opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, ops, and fulfillment) to ensure seamless handovers
  • Track KPIs, prepare weekly reports, and continuously improve the sales pipeline
  • Stay up to date with service offerings and market trends to effectively position our value
