Sales & Business Development VA

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Business Development VA to support lead generation, outreach, and sales follow-ups in a remote setup.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, organized with CRM systems, and motivated to help grow client pipelines. You’ll work closely with internal teams to research leads, manage follow-ups, and support sales-related operations.

Most roles require availability during U.S. working hours, with some flexibility depending on the client.

All roles are five days a week, but days off may vary. While some roles follow a Monday to Friday schedule, others may include shifts on weekends. Weekend rest days are not guaranteed unless specified by the client.

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales support, lead generation, or business development
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Comfortable handling cold or warm outreach through email, chat, or LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar
  • Able to conduct research on leads, prospects, and relevant industries
  • Organized and detail-oriented in tracking outreach, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, templates, and structured messaging formats
  • Key Responsibilities​​
Scope of work may vary depending on client needs. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Research and identify potential leads based on target client profiles
  • Manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms using approved templates
  • Track responses, schedule discovery calls, and send follow-up messages
  • Update and maintain accurate CRM records and outreach logs
  • Prepare sales reports, lead lists, or client summaries as needed
  • Support proposal preparation by organizing assets or pulling templates
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure handovers are smooth and timely
  • Monitor timelines, respond to inquiries, and flag warm leads for follow-up
