Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day workflows, manage internal systems, and support cross-functional team execution.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, has experience with remote operations, and can confidently manage both people and processes. You will play a critical role in making sure projects move forward on time, systems run smoothly, and the team stays aligned and supported.

Most roles require availability during U.S. working hours, with some flexibility depending on the client.

All roles are five days a week, but days off may vary. While some roles follow a Monday to Friday schedule, others may include shifts on weekends. Weekend rest days are not guaranteed unless specified by the client.

  • Requirements​​
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or team management, preferably in a remote or digital-first environment
  • Strong understanding of workflow management, systems setup, and internal communication protocols
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
  • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, or similar platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple team members and departments
  • Comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and recommending process improvements
  • Willingness to work U.S. hours, five days a week
  • Key Responsibilities​​
Scope of work may vary depending on client needs. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Oversee day-to-day team operations and ensure timely execution of ongoing projects
  • Monitor task progress, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple departments
  • Set up and maintain internal systems, dashboards, and SOPs to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate with team members and department leads to resolve blockers and align priorities
  • Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires or contractors
  • Schedule internal meetings, document key updates, and follow up on action items
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to workflows or communication processes
  • Track team output and report on key performance indicators regularly
