Marketing Manager

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing efforts across multiple channels.

This role involves planning and executing campaigns, managing creatives and performance ads, coordinating with internal teams, and using data to drive decisions.

Most roles require availability during U.S. working hours, with some flexibility depending on the client.

All roles are five days a week, but days off may vary. While some roles follow a Monday to Friday schedule, others may include shifts on weekends. Weekend rest days are not guaranteed unless specified by the client.

  • Requirements​​
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
  • Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, email marketing platforms, and basic analytics dashboards
  • Ability to lead creative direction while also managing timelines, deliverables, and results
  • Familiarity with brand messaging, content calendars, and performance metrics
  • Quiet and reliable work environment with stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps preferred)
  • Computer or laptop in good working condition
  • Willingness to work U.S. hours, five days a week
  • Open to feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and adjusting to different brand voices and goals
  • Key Responsibilities​​
Scope of work may vary depending on the needs of the client. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, paid ads, etc.)
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely rollout of campaign assets
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop creative materials
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
  • Manage paid advertising budgets and track ROI using dashboards and analytics tools
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms and touchpoints
  • Coordinate launches, events, or promotional initiatives as needed
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend strategies to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams or clients regarding campaign goals, performance, and updates
