Lead Generation VA

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to support outreach, research, and pipeline building across various platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, skilled in research, and comfortable working with structured outreach templates and CRM tools. You’ll play a key role in helping the team generate, qualify, and track leads in a remote setup.

Most roles require availability during U.S. working hours, with some flexibility depending on the client.

All roles are five days a week, but days off may vary. While some roles follow a Monday to Friday schedule, others may include shifts on weekends. Weekend rest days are not guaranteed unless specified by the client.

  • At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales support
  • Strong written English skills and the ability to follow outreach scripts or templates
  • Experience using LinkedIn, email, or lead databases for prospecting
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets to track outreach, follow-ups, and lead status
  • Strong research skills and the ability to identify leads based on defined criteria
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Scope of work may vary depending on client needs. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Research and identify potential leads based on target industries or client profiles
  • Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, or company websites to gather lead data
  • Send outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, or other approved channels using provided templates
  • Track all outreach activity and follow-ups in spreadsheets or CRM tools
  • Maintain clean and organized lead lists, avoiding duplicates or outdated data
  • Flag warm or engaged leads for handoff to the sales or strategy team
  • Collaborate with internal team members to refine targeting criteria or outreach strategies
  • Support basic reporting by summarizing outreach efforts and conversion metrics
