Go High Level Specialist VA

We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Go High Level (GHL) Specialist Virtual Assistant to support CRM setup, automation workflows, campaign builds, and daily platform management.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience using Go High Level in a client support or marketing automation context—comfortable working with funnels, pipelines, email campaigns, and backend systems in a fully remote setup.

Hours

Most roles require availability during U.S. working hours, with some flexibility depending on the client.

All roles are five days a week, but days off may vary. While some roles follow a Monday to Friday schedule, others may include shifts on weekends. Weekend rest days are not guaranteed unless specified by the client.

Requirements

At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Go High Level (GHL)
Proficiency in building funnels, email/SMS campaigns, workflows, and pipelines within GHL
Familiarity with calendar integrations, tagging systems, triggers, and contact segmentation
Ability to troubleshoot automations and ensure clean, functional setup
Experience working with client accounts or agency workspaces within GHL is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to document and follow structured processes
Comfortable using Google Sheets, task managers, and shared folders for coordination

Key Responsibilities

Scope of work may vary depending on client needs. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Build and maintain funnels, forms, and landing pages inside Go High Level
Set up automations using workflows, triggers, and tags to support
lead nurturing and sales pipelines
Launch and monitor email and SMS campaigns
Manage GHL calendars, appointment settings, and follow-up sequences
Troubleshoot and QA workflow logic to ensure smooth automation performance
Organize and clean contact lists, apply tags, and manage segmentation
Assist with account setup and onboarding for new clients
Track campaign performance, compile basic reports, and flag key issues or wins
Coordinate with marketing or operations teams to ensure tasks align with overall strategy
