General Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations.

This role involves admin tasks, data entry, scheduling, email management, research, and other back-end support. Ideal for someone proactive, organized, and comfortable working remotely.

Most roles require availability during U.S. working hours, with some flexibility depending on the client.

All roles are five days a week, but days off may vary. While some roles follow a Monday to Friday schedule, others may include shifts on weekends. Weekend rest days are not guaranteed unless specified by the client.

  • Requirements​​
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in virtual assistance, admin support, or a similar role
    Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and basic task management platforms
  • Ability to follow instructions, manage time independently, and meet deadlines
    Quiet and reliable work environment with stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps preferred)
  • Computer or laptop in good working condition
    Willingness to work U.S. hours, five days a week
  • Open to feedback, learning new tools, and adapting to different client styles
  • Key Responsibilities​​
Scope of work may vary depending on the client. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, file management, and calendar coordination
  • Manage email inboxes, respond to routine inquiries, and escalate important messages as needed
  • Schedule meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
    Conduct online research and prepare summaries or reports
    Assist with basic marketing tasks such as social media posting or newsletter scheduling
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and other records
    Communicate clearly with clients and team members using chat, email, and video calls
  • Adapt to various tools and workflows depending on the client’s industry and setup
