Copywriter

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Copywriter to support our content and marketing initiatives.

This role involves writing and editing marketing copy, website content, blog articles, product or service descriptions, and longer-form content such as books. Ideal for someone with a strong grasp of language, an adaptive writing voice, and the ability to follow creative direction while working independently in a remote setup.

Most roles require availability during U.S. working hours, with some flexibility depending on the client.

All roles are five days a week, but days off may vary. While some roles follow a Monday to Friday schedule, others may include shifts on weekends. Weekend rest days are not guaranteed unless specified by the client.

  • Requirements​​
  • At least 1 year of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role
  • Excellent command of written English with strong grammar, spelling, and editing skills
  • Ability to write in different tones and styles for various audiences (e.g., professional, conversational, promotional)
  • Experience creating marketing copy, blogs, social media captions, or website content
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Grammarly, Notion, or similar writing and collaboration tools
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to follow briefs and brand voice guidelines
    Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace
  • Availability to work U.S. hours, at least 20 hours per week
  • Open to feedback and revisions, with good turnaround time and self-management skills
  • Key Responsibilities​​
Scope of work may vary depending on the client. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Write marketing copy for emails, social media posts, landing pages, and ads
  • Draft website copy aligned with brand tone, SEO best practices, and user experience
  • Assist in writing and editing long-form content such as blogs, ebooks, or book chapters
  • Conduct research to inform copy and ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align messaging across campaigns
  • Review and revise content based on feedback from clients and internal teams
  • Maintain organized records of content drafts, brand guidelines, and revisions
  • Take notes during creative briefings or client meetings and follow up on tasks
  • Help ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all written materials
