Ads Specialist VA

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Ads Specialist Virtual Assistant to support campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in digital advertising who is comfortable working with ad dashboards, managing budgets, and interpreting performance data in a remote setup.

Most roles require availability during U.S. working hours, with some flexibility depending on the client.

All roles are five days a week, but days off may vary. While some roles follow a Monday to Friday schedule, others may include shifts on weekends. Weekend rest days are not guaranteed unless specified by the client.

  • Requirements​​
  • At least 1 year of experience managing or supporting paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar)
  • Familiarity with ad dashboards such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads Manager
  • Basic understanding of campaign structure, targeting, budgeting, and performance metrics
  • Experience working with ad creatives (coordinating with designers or using provided assets)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and interpret ad performance reports
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel to organize data and report results
  • Strong attention to detail, organized workflow, and ability to follow set procedures
  • Key Responsibilities​​
Scope of work may vary depending on client needs. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Set up and launch ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok using provided strategy and assets
  • Monitor active campaigns and flag any underperformance, errors, or delivery issues
  • Adjust targeting, placements, or budgets based on approved changes or performance data
  • Collect and compile performance data into reports (daily, weekly, or monthly as required)
  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters to ensure ad creatives meet platform specs
  • Manage and organize ad account assets including audiences, creatives, and tracking pixels
  • Conduct light competitor research or benchmarking for ad positioning
  • Stay updated on platform changes and suggest improvements or optimizations when needed
